Refund Policy

If something isn't working, contact us first — most issues can be fixed quickly. If we can't fix it, we'll make it right. Here's the actual policy.

14-day money back on your first payment

Sign up, give IXV a real try. If it isn't a fit for your shop, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — that goes for a first month and for a first annual payment alike.

This applies to first-time customers only. No retention call, no exit interview, no hoops.

Outside that 14-day window, payments are non-refundable.

Cancelling after that

Monthly: cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, then will not renew. The payment already made for that period isn't refunded.

Annual: the annual plan is a 12-month contract, billed up front at a 10% discount. If you cancel mid-term, you keep full access through the end of the paid year, but the remaining balance isn't refunded. At the end of the term it simply doesn't renew if you've cancelled.

Setup, onboarding, data migration, and custom work

The one-time setup & onboarding fee and any data migration are paid for hands-on work. Once that work begins, those fees are non-refundable. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund them in full — no questions.

The 14-day money-back guarantee above applies to the monthly subscription only, not to service fees.

Features built specifically for your business — outside the standard plan — are billed separately and aren't refundable once delivered. Third-party costs (like add-on integrations already paid to the third party) are non-refundable once incurred.

We comply with applicable laws where required.

If we're partway through a custom build and you want to stop, you only pay for the time already spent. The specifics are always written into the work agreement before any custom work begins.

How long refunds take

Refunds go back to the original card or bank account, usually within five business days. Stripe handles the transfer, so exact timing depends on your bank.

If you think we got it wrong

Write to [email protected]. A real person reads every message. We do our best to resolve issues fairly and quickly before things turn into chargebacks or disputes.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, the associated account may be suspended or terminated while the dispute is investigated and resolved.

We understand billing issues happen, and we're usually able to fix problems quickly if you reach out before involving the bank.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, existing customers keep the terms that were in effect when they signed up for at least the rest of their current billing cycle. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
